Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.   • What is the return and refund policy?
    We DO NOT accept any exchanges or refund due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please email courtsideglam@gmail.com or fill out the form on the contact page for any missing or damaged items. You have 24 hours from the day of delivery to report any discrepancies.
  • How much is shipping and how long does it take?
    All orders place before 4pm EST Mon-Fri will ship same day. All items will be shipped using USPS Signature delivery and insurance is included with all orders. Shipping price is a flat rate of $15.95, Free US shipping for orders over $350. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping. All orders require a signature upon delivery. NO international shipping at the moment. You will receive a confirmation via email once your order has been placed and also once your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be sent once your order has been shipped. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PREORDER IT TAKES 2-4 DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND 5-7 DAYS FOR SHIPPING SO A TOTAL OF 1-2 WEEKS BEFORE YOU RECIEVE YOUR ORDER!!! Please be advised that ALL orders require signature upon delivery. You can only change these settings on the USPS website once your order has been shipped !
  • What is the difference between Swiss, Transparent & HD Lace?"
    Swiss Lace: Made for brown or darker tones. It's soft, thin lace and hard to detect. Transparent Lace: Meaning transparent in color. Made for lighter skin tones to appear natural. HD Lace: Invisible lace. Very natural looking. Pre-plucked and natural hairline.
  • Do you offer local pick-up?
    Local pick-up is available. No code needed. Please choose local pickup at checkout. You will receive confirmation via email within 1-2 hours after order is placed with the pick-up days and time. Pick up location is in Regency/ Atlantic area. Orders need to be picked up with 24-72 hours after email is sent. I am not responsible for any orders missing or damaged after 72 hours.
  • What are the different grades of hair you offer?
    Premium: This is Virgin human hair that is chemically altered. Single weft drawn with thick ends and little to no shedding with proper care. Platinum: These top-quality virgin bundles comes silky straight, full to the ends, with aligned cuticles and double weft so little to no split ends or shedding. VIP: RAW Indian single donor hair can be bleached to #613 and can last 2-3 years also double weft. This hair is in its natural state and natural color. Requires little to no product but a lot of love and attention. Treat this hair as your natural hair with washing and conditioned as needed.
